Brain Exercises Help Prevent Aging

Brain exercises such as games and brain teasers help increase brain function.  We know a lot more about the brain because of Nintendo, as the many studies done have shown that those video games are not all bad.

Some points:  the brain gets stronger with use. Exercising the brain increases information processing and memory.

Besides specific brain exercises, general exercising also improves the brain.  A study done last year published in the Annals of Internal Medicine showed that older persons who exercised three times a week had one-third less memory problems.  You can boost your brain power with exercise because it increases circulation, boosts metabolism, decreases stress and improves your mood.
